This position is an in-office position at our Corporate Headquarters in Hunt Valley Maryland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a creative and talented team of L&D professionals.
- Collaborate with the entire HR Team to efficiently deliver best results.
- Manage our Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate continuous performance improvement across the organization.
- Ensure the successful implementation and sustainability of learning and organizational development initiatives, utilizing analytics to assess business impact.
- Oversee the delivery and tracking of HR-delivered training to employees and managers.
- Coordinate and monitor department-specific training initiatives throughout the company.
- Manage and optimize the training budget.
- Provide training and coaching to leaders on employee skill development strategies, including career pathing and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels to keep the organization informed and engaged with training and development opportunities.
- Through partnerships with business leaders, human resources and other cross-functional contributors, customize training programs to align with organizational goals, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
- Establish and implement mechanisms to measure and evaluate the success of training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in training and development.
- Source or create high-quality training materials in various formats.
- Provide leadership and support to your team, emphasizing the importance of service excellence and employee trust.
To be successful your background should look a lot like this:
Bachelor- 's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in training and development or organizational development within an HR framework.
- Proficiency with cloud-based learning management systems, such as Oracle.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and measure effective training programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.
Travel Requirements: This role may require travel to various US locations to engage with teams and lead training initiatives.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $105,000 to $145,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which would be awarded based on individual and company performance. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
