Required Experience & Skills:
Bachelor- 's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 3 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities:
User Discovery and Requirements Gathering:
- Conduct user research to understand their needs and challenges.
- Translate user insights into clear and actionable product requirements.
Solution Development:
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop feasible product solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming and design sessions.
Backlog Management:
- Create and prioritize product backlog items, such as user stories and bugs.
- Maintain a clear, transparent, and accessible backlog for all stakeholders.
Scrum Team Liaison:
- Act as the main interface with the scrum team, guiding them on product backlog items.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and provide necessary clarifications.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of your assigned product areas.
- Serve as a go-to resource for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Product Artifacts:
- Develop and maintain essential product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and clearly communicates product vision and requirements.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Organize and conduct UAT sessions, gathering and integrating user feedback.
Other duties as assigned
The base salary compensation range for this role is $117,000 to $137,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
