Assist in the configuration and customization of Customer Experience Management (CXM) systems to improve client engagement and satisfaction. Help configure and maintain system integrations, ensuring accurate data flow and effective communication between platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and deliver optimal solutions. Support ongoing system updates, testing, and optimizations to ensure the performance and reliability of all tech systems. Assist in creating and maintaining documentation to support system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
