WBFF is looking for an Overdrive Director for our newscasts.
Responsibilities:
- Show build (using Ross Overdrive) and direct any assigned newscasts and productions
- Help oversee show production on a daily basis
- Maintain production studio and control room
- Perform other tasks related to the position as assigned
Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience directing newscasts
- Experience with Ross Overdrive is a huge plus
- Ability to clearly give direction to crew while under pressure
- Strong typing and spelling skills
- The ability to read and write
- A college degree is preferred
- Must be able to lift and position 25 pound lighting instruments
The hourly compensation range for this role is $20.02 to $23.56. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
