What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, Finance position at Singapore Institute of Technology?
Reporting to the Associate Vice President (Finance), this role is to assist the AVP (Finance) in driving transformation in the Finance Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for finance transformation projects.
- Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
- Utilize visualization tools such as Power BI to create insightful and actionable reports and dashboards.
- Design and implement simple RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve process efficiency.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Work closely with IT and Finance teams in financial systems implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new processes and systems.
- System Access Rights Management : Perform the system administrator role for SAP (Finance Module), Esker (E-invoicing System), QlikSense (Data Analytics System), Finance SharePoint, and others assigned by AVP (Finance).
