As a Senior Solution Designer for Enterprise applications, you will be responsible for designing fit -for purpose and comprehensive solutions, ensuring the smooth operations of our billing systems. This role requires a deep understanding of the technical aspects as well as the business requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, business users, and project managers to ensure that the billing applications meet the needs of the business while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Make an Impact by
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify impacted areas, translate into technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the northbound and southbound application teams to provide a holistic solution to the business demand.
- Create detailed system architecture diagrams, data models, and workflow diagrams to illustrate the solution.
- Produce detailed Impact Analysis document as reference for software development.
- Work closely with software developers to provide guidance and review the code, enforce coding standards, design concepts and testing procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of the application to ensure it meets the expectation.
- Provide 24x7 support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues that arise post-implementation.
- Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in Telecom to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Skills for Success
Experience with billing systems such as Amdocs, Netcracker, or CSG is highly desirable.
