Our goal is that you ensure the effective and successful collaboration of cross functional teams in a results-driven environment. You will manage and mentor the various teams, establish and maintain customer/vendor relationships, and work closely with the executive team to develop and implement the business requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities

- Drive continuous improvement in processes and services, adhering to industry standards
- Direct the operations of distribution, packaging, and transportation to achieve company objectives and meet customer expectations
- Evaluate overall operations and develop short and long-term goals to meet organizational objectives
- Ensure compliance with all company, customer, and government regulatory requirements
- Maximizes quality and productivity by understanding and mastering all job standards for each function and evaluating performance variances to identify root cause, corrective action, and training needs
- Participates in the collection of performance measurements per customer, vendor and/or site requirements
- Follow corporate and site-specific safety policies and procedures, and correct noncompliance when observed
- Know and be capable of communicating safety policies and procedures to all employees as needed
- Associate degree or higher
- 5 years of experience in management (preferably in industrial/warehouse/manufacturing environment)
- 3 years of experience in inventory or supply chain management
- Experience in leading a team within industrial manufacturing, warehouse, distribution center or large retail environments
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment
- Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to drive Associate engagement, assess & develop talent, continue learning, with focus on customers and deliver results
- Must be able to work flexible hours necessary to meet customer and management expectations, and respond after normal work hours, when necessary.
