Job Title : Associate Executive Director
Position Summary : The Associate Executive Director is a position in which high potential associates
participate in an extensive training in order to be prepared to be a strong Executive Director for our
communities. This position consists of three main phases : departmental training, goal setting and
completion, and applied experience. Associate Executive Directors report to the Regional Director of
Operations and work closely with discipline specific Regional Directors to ensure full knowledge of each
department. Our Associate Executive Director role is a highly visible role across many different
communities and allows for strong personal and professional growth.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Complete a rotational training program within each department, across different communities.
- Fulfill any assigned tasks in all departments within our communities, including Administrative,
Resident Care, Dining, Environmental Services, and Marketing.
