Singnala We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. As a customer service agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to our call center. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound calls, answer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the database.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Assist with the onboarding of new customers by providing necessary information and guidance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems.
