Sinnissippi Centers is looking to hire a full-time Client Financial Advocate in our Dixon Rt 2 office. This position will work closely with our Clerical and Business Office teams, contacting clients for financial and insurance follow-ups.
Objectives
- Contacting clients to discuss balance due and collect payments
- Contacting clients for income updates to review sliding fee scale and financial responsibility
- Review and maintain internal documentation of client contacts
- Submitting insurance verification forms
- Informing clients of insurance benefits
- Responding to client inquiries regarding balance/insurance/payments/etc.
- Assisting business office in contacting clients with high balances
- Additional tasks identified by business office/clerical supervisors to assist both teams, as available
Requirements
- Clerical and financial experience in a confidential setting
- Good keyboarding skills
- Experience working with Excel
- Excellent customer-focused attitude
- The desire and personality for working with the behavioral health population
- High school diploma or GED
Hours are primarily Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 pm
Pay: $17.67 - $20.28 per hour
