Your role as a Client Relationship Specialist :
In this impactful position, you will establish and nurture important relationships with our customers, leveraging your financial expertise to offer tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your contributions will help the branch thrive by :
Developing lasting customer relationships, identifying their financial needs, and recommending the best products and services.
Partnering with team members from Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect customers with specialized resources.
Serving customers at the teller window as well as in the lobby and drive-up.
Opening accounts, performing account maintenance, and helping customers with digital products and services.
Identifying potential fraud and other risks to ensure customer safety.
Handling responsibilities related to the opening and closing of the bank depending on your shift.
Actively participating in community and bank events.
Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales roles.
Prior banking experience is preferred.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Intermediate computer skills are necessary for success in this role.

Compensation :
The estimated hourly rate for this position is $21.00-$28.00, plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
