Job Description :
The individual will be a member of the Product & Marketing Team. The primary responsibility is to provide product and marketing support to global customers and collaborators, which includes but is not limited to :
- Product Lifecycle Management : Drive the execution of the product lifecycle processes, including product research, product development, product launch, market research, and roadmap development.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with Sales, R&D, and Customer Support teams to gather insights, resolve inquiries, and enhance customer experience.
- Market Analysis and Strategy : Analyze and present products’ strengths, weaknesses, competitors, requirements, and sales performance. Conduct market analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Product & Business Planning : Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.
- Marketing Support : Provide support for marketing campaigns, tradeshows, webinars, and other promotional activities. Assist in content creation, including writing, proofreading, and editing scientific and marketing content.
- Additional Duties : Perform other product-related duties as assigned to support Product & Marketing Team objectives.
