Job Details
Scope of Work:
The primary focus is to:
- Perform statistical analyses, opportunity sizing, and A/B test support.
- Develop, test, and deploy ML solutions, particularly NLP-based models for detecting and addressing fraud cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product science support (e.g., opportunity sizing, causal analysis, A/B testing).
- Assist the product team in reducing fraudulent exposures on the platform, ensuring a secure and seamless experience for Job Seekers and Employers.
Key Deliverables:
- Fraud detection models to mitigate contact exposures.
- Features/tools to address fraudulent financial instrument (FFI) accounts.
- Features/tools to prevent and mitigate account takeovers (ATO).
Desired Skills and Expertise:
- Expertise in A/B testing and causal inference.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python (e.g., for data analysis and scripting).
- Experience in prediction modeling and statistical/machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
- Ability to perform call observance, status analysis, and provide ad hoc support for data requests.
