Key Responsibilities:
- Master the intricacies of current accounts.
- Become an expert in our Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Schedule appointments and input shipment details for all related loads.
- Update internal and external portals with shipment details as needed.
- Track the progress of each shipment and communicate updates to all related parties.
- Handle all customer inquiries regarding shipment status.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure accounts are serviced appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
