Sioux City Inspection and Weighing Service Agency is a federally licensed grain inspection agency that has been in business for over 30 years with offices in three states.
We have an immediate opening in our local office to become a licensed grain inspector. No experience necessary and we provide full training! This is a great opportunity for an individual looking for a career and not just a job.
A grain inspector works both in the office and in onsite labs at grain elevators while trains are loading to provide our customers accurate information on the quality of their grain. To provide our customers timely information some shifts can extend to 16 hours or more. Day, night, weekend, and holiday hours are all a possibility and travel is occasionally required.
