PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
1 - Full-Time
Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of :
- Multi-Physician Family Practice experience preferred.
- Electronic Medical / Health Records (EMR) experience a definite plus.
- High School Diploma
- Current certifications preferred : LPN or MA (Applicants without certification, but have medical clinic experience will be considered).
- Current Mandatory Reporter certification.
- Solid computer skills.
