About the Company: SIP Manufacturing opened its doors in 2018 as a small 2 line beverage manufacturing facility in Lake Elsinore, CA producing only 2-5 pallets of product per day. Since then, we have grown to producing over 10 truckloads of product per day with multiple lines and a diversified customer base. About the role: A successful HR Manager demonstrates enthusiasm, adaptability and a strategic thought process to help our company and teams succeed. You'll play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and participating in a variety of human resources management functions at the Lake Elsinore manufacturing site and support our growth to a new facility in the future. A successful candidate will coordinate and participate in recruitment and selection of new team members; provide general team member communications, policy deployment, salary and benefits administration, recognition programs, oversee performance management / training, and manage the employee life cycle from start to finish.
This is a key hire for the organization, requiring a strong team player who is self-motivated, adaptable to ambiguity, and skilled at working through cultural changes inside a growing company.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Lead the employee-centric function inside the company, and serve as the leader of all human resource related activities
- Develop and implement performance evaluation processes to ensure fair and consistent assessments of employee performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in setting performance goals and addressing performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including industry-specific regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR-related legal requirements and industry standards.
- Manage employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits including leaves
- Conduct salary reviews and ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage and run payroll in payroll system, currently UKG Ready
- Oversee functional tasks within Human Resources and direct work assignments and structure
- Demonstrate the ability to partner with all departments within the organization
- Provide management and development to employees in your reporting structure
- Provide metrics and reporting as requested by leadership
- Execute recruitment and onboarding strategies to align incoming employees to the company culture
- Manage technology (currently UKG Ready) and the capabilities inside the system
- Provide and manage required training for all employees
- All other tasks and duties as requested by leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required,
- PHR, SPHR or equivalent certification is preferred; willingness to acquire this certification is required
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
- At least 7 years total of Human Resource experience in increasing roles of responsibility is required.
- 2 years of Human Resource Management experience is required.
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of established professional codes of ethics and best practices for Human Resources
- Experience and understanding of current legal, regulatory and other issues facing the human resource landscape
- Outstanding verbal, writing, and presentation skills; must be able to communicate and interact effectively with employees
- Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and display discretion and composure in difficult situations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop others effectively
