The Sip'n Shop Manager is the heartbeat of our establishment. We are seeking an outgoing and experienced Manager to join our team at Sip'n. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere, delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimizing profitability. Responsibilities include leading daily operations with flair, hitting sales goals, upholding superior drink quality and service standards, and nurturing team development.

Essential Functions:

• Cultivate an inspiring work atmosphere, boosting morale and motivation among team members to craft the perfect beverage experience.
• Develop deep connections with guests, ensuring their preferences are remembered and their concerns are addressed with professionalism and speed.
• Spearhead marketing and promotional activities tailored to the specialty drink lovers' community.
• Oversee financial health, stick to budgetary plans, and fine-tune labor costs to align with business volumes.
• Manage inventory with precision, reduce waste, and enforce strict adherence to cash handling and control policies.
• Ensure the shop and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and operating efficiency. Requirements:
