About Stratus Building Solutions of Orlando
Are you a hard working, tenacious, self motivated individual who loves meeting people and finding
solutions to help them maintain their facilities? Stratus Building Solutions is seeking an Outside
Sales Representative to join our team and help us execute our mission “To equip our Franchise
Owners to build great businesses for a greater purpose.” Your role will be to sell recurring cleaning
services to businesses in the Greater Orlando area. You can expect that approximately 50% of your
opportunities are provided by the company and that you will need to generate the other 50%.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and grow
professionally in a fast-paced and exciting environment. If you are a natural salesperson who loves

Commercial real estate or building management connections are a plus.
This is a commission only position with a monthly draw and expense allowances, and a profit
sharing bonus. Our top producers are earning over $100k / year. You will be trained by the best
performing Sales Rep in the industry. Your success will be determined by your talents, the skills you
develop and how much effort you put in.
