Conservatorship Account Coordinator/Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Summary:
Siporin & Associates, Inc. is looking for an individual who will take the lead in marshalling assets for new clients and working as part of the accounts receivable team. This person will research and establish contact with financial institutions, investors and account managers gathering information and transferring assets to the newly established conservatorship file. This includes working with internal team members on establishing an initial budget, receiving and reconciling bank accounts. Assisting team members with opening new accounts, bank/investment accounts. Sending out monthly invoices and making calls to follow up on open receivables.
Summary of Responsibilities:
· Marshal Assets for Reporting Purposes to the Probate Court
· Establish Productive, Professional Relationships with Key Personnel Assigned to Client Accounts
· Collaborate with Internal Team and External Financial Partners to Develop Fluid Relationships.
· Investigate and Research Leads on Client Accounts.
· Serve as Primary Liaison and Contact Between Internal and External Partners.
· Reconcile Monthly Bank and Investment Statements
· Make Calls and Follow up on Accounts Receivables
· Other Various Accounting Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:
· Required Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field or Equivalent
· 3-5 Years of Experience in Accounting or Similar Function
· Work in Office at Royal Oak Location: 8AM – 5PM (1 Hour Lunch), Monday through Friday
· Ability to Handle and Process Confidential and Sensitive Account Information

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
