Duties

- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest software patches and security updates.
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to track support requests and document resolutions.
- Assist with TCP/IP networking issues, including connectivity problems and configuration settings.
- Conduct software troubleshooting for various applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical challenges and provide clear solutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Skills
- Proficient in providing technical support across various operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
- Excellent computer management skills, including hardware setup and maintenance.
