We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor(Banquets & Outlets) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services(banquets & outlets), ensuring exceptional quality and service standards are met. You will play a crucial part in managing kitchen operations, inventory control, and staff training while fostering a positive environment for both employees and guests. Your expertise in food management and culinary practices will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills in food preparation and service.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in both kitchen and bar areas.
- Assist in catering events, coordinating logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain relationships with vendors for sourcing quality ingredients and supplies.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Banquet experience is a must as this position will work as a banquet captain sometimes
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food management, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and best practices for stock management.
- Experience in bartending or managing bar operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for coffee culture is desirable but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
