Network Voice Administrator

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Cisco Voice
  • Contact center (On Prem and Cloud)
  • MS Teams
  • Amazon Connect

Roles & Responsibilities

  • At least 8 years experience in managing Network Voice infrastructure.
  • Very good knowledge in managing voice infrastructure (Cisco InContact MS teams Polycom SBC)
  • Knowledge in managing End point devices ( Polycom Cisco SPA and ATA etc.)
  • Good to have good knowledge in Windows PowerShell
  • Flexible to work during weekends / off business hours. Technical coordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Data Centre touch / hands and Fleet support
