This role requires a strong commitment to deliverig exceptional customer service providing endtoend resolution of technical issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilites Technical Support & Troubleshooting Incident Management Customer Enagement Knowledge Sharing Process Improvement Collaboration Education : Bachelors degree in computer science Experience : 35 Yrs of experience in IT support systems administration Skills : Strong problemsolving and analystical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware software and network issues. Familiarity with ITIL process or equivalent frameworks Preferred certification ITIL
