An Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Onboarding Functional Lead typically has a blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracles cloudbased recruiting solutions with Retail Experience. Heres a general profile for this role :
Key Responsibilities :
1. Implementation and Configuration : Lead the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud ensuring that the system is configured to meet business requirements.
2. Business Process Analysis : Analyze current recruiting processes and identify areas for improvement using Oracle solutions.
3. User Training and Support : Provide training to endusers and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with HR IT and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
5. System Testing : Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the functionality meets the specified requirements.
6. Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to the recruiting cloud system.
7. Updates and Enhancements : Stay updated with Oracles latest features and enhancements and recommend upgrades to improve functionality.
