Key Responsibilities :
Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production efficiency.
Oversee PPAP processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor and improve manufacturing operations to reduce waste and defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to AIA and other industry regulations.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and quality assurance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and PPAP methodologies.
