At SIRIS LLC, we are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to support our construction program.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver general office support functions.
- Create correspondence and meeting minutes from notes, briefs, or limited comments.
- Promptly prepare correspondence and submittals.
- Receive, review, organize, transmit, file, or arrange delivery of records to ensure timely action by project stakeholders.
- Monitor construction modifications, contractor requests for clarification, and material submittals associated with the project.
- Enter and maintain data in electronic databases.
- Prepare and compile reports, correspondence, and program status documents.
- Maintain spreadsheets and tracking tools for Ball in Court tracking of various project team members.
Essential Qualifications
- A degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and/or relevant work experience or knowledge to compensate for the absence of higher education.
- A solid understanding of construction practices and the ability to apply this knowledge to assist in implementing various plans set forth on the project.
- Experience in preparing, analyzing, and identifying discrepancies and deficiencies in the contractor's work relative to the construction documents.
- The ability to communicate effectively and utilize software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
