What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Specialist position at Sirius Controls?
Sirius Controls is a progressive and rapidly growing company that is well positioned in the manufacturing industry. We are looking to add a self-motivated and capable member to join our team. We have an immediate full-time opening for a Billing Specialist in our Midland, Texas.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Enter sales order into database.
- Enter field service tickets into database.
- Maintaining organized billing records.
- Accurately create work orders and process invoices.
- Update database records and maintain control of materials.
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying operations requirements.
- Update and manage bill of materials.
- Create and update assembly description in database for all manufactured products.
- Performs inventory cycle counts.
- Investigates and resolves cycle count inventory issues.
- Provide general administrative support.
Skill, Knowledge, Education & Experience.
- Use computer for data entry into SAP Inventory Management System
- Experience in using ERP systems, sales order entry.
- Ability to read and understand Bill of Materials
- Knowledge of common oil field parts, materials, and equipment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Accuracy and Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
