As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while managing kitchen operations efficiently.
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking in the kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in bartending duties as required, showcasing knowledge of beverage pairings with menu items.
Experience
- Proven experience in a fine dining restaurant or high-volume food service environment.
- Strong skills in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
- Previous experience in bartending is a plus but not mandatory.
