We're looking for an exceptional full-cycle recruiter to join our team and help scale our impact.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting process from role scoping --> sourcing --> screening --> closing
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and referral programs to attract passive, top-caliber candidates
- Build robust talent pipelines for engineering, data science, product, and technical roles across all levels
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and success metrics, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process
- Design and conduct compelling initial screening conversations that effectively assess technical aptitude, alignment with Siro’s culture and values, and career motivations
- Optimize recruiting workflows, including interview processes, candidate experience touchpoints, and offer negotiations
- Track and analyze recruiting funnel metrics, pipeline conversion rates, and market benchmarks to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring strategies
- Champion Siro's mission and values throughout the candidate journey, serving as a passionate storyteller and brand ambassador
- You have 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 1 year of technical recruiting
- You have a proven track record at high-growth startups or enterprise SaaS companies, including: 1) maintaining a 90% offer acceptance rates and reducing time-to-fill metrics and 2) demonstrated speed and bias-to-action
- You are an expert with LinkedIn Recruiter. Familiarity with Ashby and Wellfound preferred.
- You are an outstanding verbal and written communicator, with an ability to craft compelling narratives that attract candidates
- You have a strong analytical mindset. You track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics
- You have a deep understanding of technical roles and the ability to evaluate candidates effectively
- Experience building/scaling recruiting functions at early-stage startups
- Track record of hiring high-performing technical teams
- Network of established relationships with engineering and product talent
- History of implementing innovative sourcing strategies that yielded exceptional hires
- Data-driven approach to optimizing recruiting processes and outcomes

- We pay 75th percentile per Pave's benchmarks for Tier 1 cities and our size/scale. Salary is dependent on leveling. The range shown ($105k-$155k) encompasses three levels.
