- Ensure timely and efficient movement and monitor on time pick up/delivery for all shipments. Handle requests regarding updates and/or changes on all loads and relay to the Scheduler for resolution. Maintain data integrity in all applicable systems.
- Maintain updated cross border driver information. Clearly communicate expectations to the fleet and agents regarding service, rules, policy, procedures, etc. Provide customer service for agents/drivers relative to border crossing clearing process and prepare ACI and ACE manifests for agents/drivers.
- Prepare cost analysis for planning and ensure proper application of van line procedures to individual shipment price programs and national accounts contracts/third parties in a cost-effective manner.
- Assist in special projects.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills needed.
- Knowledge of various Microsoft office products, including Word and Excel
- Transportation and International background and/or understanding of customs processes.
- 0-3 years of transportation experience
- High School Degree or Equivalent
