Siskin Hospital is looking for an IRF-PAI Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll oversee the accurate completion of the Patient Assessment Instrument (PAI) and ensure timely reporting to CMS. You’ll collaborate with clinical teams, including coding, therapy, nursing, and case management, to maintain regulatory compliance and ensure high-quality patient data.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accurate coding and completion of all IRF-PAI sectionsProvide training and maintain staff competency in PAI assessmentsWork closely with clinical teams to ensure data accuracy and regulatory adherenceMonitor and report trends to leadership, helping the hospital meet IRF benchmarksLead ongoing education and development for clinical staff
Qualifications
Associate degree in a health-related discipline (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of healthcare experience (post-acute care preferred)Relevant credentials (e.g., PT, OT, SLP, RN, RHIT)Experience with healthcare data analysis preferred
