Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Baltimore, MD for a Director of Development at Sisters Academy of Baltimore. The Director of Development will be responsible for Planned Giving, Annual Giving, Philanthropy, Budgeting, and Fundraising activities on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Planned Giving and Annual Giving skills
- Experience in Philanthropy and Budgeting
- Fundraising experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Previous experience in the education or non-profit sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree preferred
