Pastry Manager – Full Time
Job Description –
Manage the pastry production operations at our downtown Sisters location. Oversee the daily production schedule, quality control on product and procedures, training new employees, proper use of equipment, verify opening, closing, and cleaning tasks, and produce pastries within the forecasted production. Individuals must have 2-3 years of applicable management experience in the industry. Work with Pastry Leads to maintain high quality standards for our prodcuts. Write the Pastry schedule 2-3 weeks out to ensure full coverage and requests are met in a timely manner. Work alongside Store Manager, General Manager, and Owner to grow the Pastry operations.
Minimum Qualifications –
· 2-3 Years Food Service Management Experience
-2-3 Years Pastry Baking Experience
-Ability to Produce Schedules
Posted hourly wage is starting salary bi-weekly bonuses (based on percentage of net sales).

This is a permanent, year-round position. Candidates should have stable housing, transportation, and plan to be in the area for a year or more. Days off will be scheduled consecutively.
