Wholesale Coordinator – Full Time
Job Description –
Coordinate the order intake, invoicing, product prep, and delivery for our wholesale pastry and bread programs. Work with our wholesale driving team to assist in getting the company vehicles invoiced, packed accordingly, and on the road in a timely, efficient manner. Use Outlook for emails, Excel for pastry/bread production sheet generation, and QuickBooks for daily invoices/crediting (as needed). Ability to drive company vehicles on wholesale routes as needed. Travel between both bakery locations in Sisters to facilitate the proper packaging and labeling of bread/pastry products. Assist in the development and rollout of an online ordering/shipping program of our baked goods/merchandise. Friendly customer service (whether an online customer or a large client) is required.
Minimum Qualifications –
· Prior Experience in Excel, QuickBooks, and Outlook
· Clean Driving Record, Valid Driver’s License, and the Ability to Drive a Company Vehicle Year-Round
· Previous Leadership Role for 1 Year or More
· Previous Sales or Account Management Experience Preferred
Posted hourly wage is starting wage including tips and the gas stipend (if applicable - read below). All hourly staff are part of the tip pool at the bakery. Tips are pooled during the 14 day pay period, split equally by hours worked. Starting wage can depend upon experience.
Benefit Recap: We pay gas for commuters 15 miles or more outside of Sisters. Full time employees are eligible for Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance, and an HSA. This is a permanent, year-round position. Candidates should have stable housing, transportation, and plan to be in the area for a year or more. Days off will be scheduled consecutively.
