Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and filing of documents.
- Utilize Google Suite for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Assist with office management tasks including inventory control and supply ordering.
- Provide customer support by addressing client concerns or questions promptly.
- Support medical receptionist duties if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment management.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in office management or as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
