We require Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a New York State RN License.

This is an RN Infusion position at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, New York.
This travel nursing opportunity has a contract length of 12 months.
Requirements
A valid BLS certification is necessary for this role.
A current New York State RN license is also required.
Proof of vaccination or titer results for MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Influenza Vaccine are mandatory.
An Annual TB Questionnaire and TB Test within the past 12 months must be completed.
A Physical/Health Statement within the past 12 months is also required.
Unit-Specific Information
A unit competencies and skills checklist must be met.
Additional Requirements
Please provide proof of vaccination or declination.
A 12-panel drug screen (THC-free) within the past 12 months must be completed.
Criminal background checks including County Search and National Criminal Database are necessary.
