We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Organize and file documents, ensuring easy access to important information.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record management.
- Serve as a medical receptionist when needed, greeting patients and managing their appointments.
- Assist with personal assistant duties as required, supporting executives or team members in daily tasks.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, answering phones, and responding to emails.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that supplies are stocked and office equipment is functioning properly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this may enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.

- Proficient in clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

- Future: Must be able to relocate to Burbank, CA
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time only (no part-time or remote options)
Pay:
- $20/hour
- Room for growth within the company
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of office assistant experience
- Proficient with Apple Mac systems
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Good memory and attention to detail
- Ability to accept new tasks and follow through independently and efficiently
