Starting pay $17.00 at date of hire.
Expectations -
- Experience with dogs is preferred.
- Good attendance and willingness to cover shifts for fellow employees. These attributes are integral to this position as we have an obligation to our customers that have reservations for our services.
- Ability to communicate positively and professionally with clients and employees.
- Possess skills or ability to learn skills that will lead to a certified training position.
- Ability to cross train in other areas of the company such as front office, grooming or other areas as needed.
- Responsibilities include:
- Train assigned dogs according to curriculum and maintenance training standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Complete daily report cards with video and pictures.
- Maintain a safe environment for play for dogs which prioritizes excellent care of dogs both mentally and physically.
- Participate in continuing education activities.
- Assist in temperament evaluations for potential new customers.
- Perform daily snout-to-tail assessments.
- Demonstrate competency in kennel software for daily use (checking dogs in and out, entering vaccination info, signing agreements and taking payment).
- Working with the front office staff and learning the processes to assist when needed in that area.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule (varies depending on coverage needs):
M-F from 7 am to 3 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (11 am to 8 pm on Fridays)
