About the Role This part-time role involves overseeing dog safety and happiness, maintaining a clean and organized lounge, and providing exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a weekend manager with high standards for detail and efficiency, as well as someone who finds joy in making clients and their furry friends feel welcome. Candidates must be available to work either the AM or PM weekend shift. We can also offer 1-2 additional weekday shifts (1 pm - 7 pm) if interested and opportunities for growth.

- 5-Star Customer Service: Create a welcoming and friendly environment for every client and their pet
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a spotless, well-organized, and fully stocked lounge area

- Engaged & Active: Enjoy staying on your feet and keeping busy throughout the day
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Committed to achieving excellence in every task, big or small
- Flexible & Reliable: Available to fill in for team members and ensure smooth lounge operations
- Proactive Team Player: Willing to jump in, lend a hand, and treat everyone with respect and equality
- Experienced: 1 years in customer service and 1 years in dog care
