SITAs Border Management business, SITA AT BORDERS , is a market leader in Border Management solutions, working with over 70 countries worldwide, with in-depth knowledge and expertise of both border operations and the international travel.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Drive all Business Development and Customer Growth activities as per short- and long-term objectives.
- Position and support the Geographies developing the pipeline and promoting the go to market on digital solutions for Airlines and Governments globally..
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
- Manage and build relationships with clients; become the trusted advisor / consultant for them; ensure customer loyalty and highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Gain deep understanding of the customer's business needs and use this to identify opportunities and plan for the continued development of Borders at SITAbusiness.
- Build sales pipeline for future growth; coordinate with the sales teams to ensure sales forecasts are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain clear visibility of the status of all commercial aspects of the accounts
