ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
- Conduct Payroll administration and detailed support on Payroll Operations to all internal customers for a specified country or countries.
- Provide advice and support to internal and external customers based on strong knowledge of country payroll compliance and understanding of SITA's processes, procedures, and policies related to payroll.
- Participate in Payroll Operations projects and roll out of programs.

Payroll Management
Prepare and input data for salary payments accurately and on time.Support annual Reward Plan activitiesWork closely with internal HR stakeholders, outsourced payroll vendors and internal Finance to ensure the smooth workflow of all payroll related matters.Receive and respond to, everyday enquiries from internal and external customers. Providing a timely and effective service to others.Benefits Administration
Work closely with benefits providers and any legal authorities to ensure the smooth workflow of all benefit administrationSupport the administration of employee benefit programs including medical, life, disability, and health plans; administration of employees savings plans including pensions and other benefits including global leave policies, vouchers / allowancesManage Purchase to Pay (P2P) process relating to benefits activities in a timely and accurate manner and collaborate with Finance to ensure invoices are paid in accordance with contractual terms and working together with them to investigate and resolve any delays or issues that may ariseManage new provider set ups for benefits activities and assist in contract processing as requiredAdvise and inform employees, in collaboration with the People (HR) Country Manager, of changes and developments related to benefits including eligibility, coverage and provisionsQualifications : WHO YOU ARE
4 years experience of payroll administrationExperience of processing payroll in Spain and other Southern Countries.Experience with HRIM system and digital documentation systemFluent in English, Spanish speaking would be an advantage when dealing with local authorities.Working knowledge of country employment regulations related to payroll compliance and calculationTechnical skills required to use common applications including MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of Word & Excel.Have an understanding of Data Protection and how this applies to their activities.Have an understanding of Equal Opportunities and Ethics practices and how this applies to their activities.WHAT WE OFFER
