Entry level Optometric assistant, customer experience preferred but not necessary. Will train someone that fits well into our team. Must possess basic math, reading, writing computing, and telephone etiquette. Duties include appointment scheduling, filing, ordering, insurance checking and billing. Will train candidate for frame selection, simple frame repairs, and eyeglass / contact lens sales. Must be reliable and a team player.

The office is open Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, schedule to be determined.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
