* Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and event staff to ensure seamless event execution.
* Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and financial reports for clients.
* Provide high-quality meetings by being detail-oriented, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-functional training initiatives.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in full conference planning.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic planning abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and cost management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
