Shift : 1st, (5 : 00 AM 1 : 30 PM)
Pay : $25 / hr (BOE)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Compounder to join our team on the 1st shift. The Compounder is responsible for accurately manufacturing, packaging, and labeling lubricants and oils used in various industries such as mining, cement, and power generation.
This position requires strong attention to safety and quality standards, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the daily manufacturing of lubricants / oils using pumps, mixing vessels, and measuring equipment.
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
- Load and unload bulk trucks as needed.
- Participate in daily plant cleanup activities.
- Aid in identifying and recovering line flush and creating disposition requests.
- Transfer finished goods and raw materials between buildings.
- Assist in training newer or less skilled Compounders.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
