Maintenance Technician
Shift : 2nd Shift (12 : 30 pm - 8 : 30 pm)
Pay : $27 per hour Based on Experience (BOE) $1 per hour Shift Premium
We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, particularly in food manufacturing, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain production machinery. Key Responsibilities :
- Equipment Maintenance : Assist in routine maintenance of various food production equipment, ensuring all machines are running efficiently.
- Preventative Maintenance : Execute the preventative maintenance (PM) schedule to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of equipment.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs : Analyze and diagnose mechanical or operational issues with production equipment, and take corrective actions to resolve problems quickly.
- Scheduling Repairs : Work with the maintenance and operations departments to schedule repairs for key production lines and equipment.
- Minor Electrical and Plumbing Repairs : Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs as needed to support production operations.
- Mechanical Expertise : Use your knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and conveyors to address mechanical issues effectively and efficiently.
