Responsibilities:
- Pre-Operational Line Inspections: Conduct pre-op inspections to ensure all equipment and utensils used in food production are free of contaminants or extraneous material.
- Testing & Inspections: Perform testing of food products, equipment, and the environment, including ATP, micro, and allergen testing, according to specifications.
- Quality Communication: Report any food safety or quality concerns to production supervision for prompt resolution.
- GMP Enforcement: Ensure proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed by all personnel in the production area to maintain product safety and quality
Salary : $18
