Hours : 8am to 4 : 30pm Monday through Friday
Pay : $17.50 / hour
SITE Staffing is currently accepting applications for Customer Service Representatives for our client in Milwaukee, WI. Our client is located in Milwaukee and is looking for a full time, temp to hire Customer Service Representative.
This position is responsible for representing the company in interactions with customers and ensuring a positive customer experience. This person assists customers with orders and other inquiries. This person processes orders and answers phone calls. This position communicates extensively across departments to answer customers' questions and ensure that their orders are processed correctly.
- of time completing description of task : 50%
- of time answering customer phone calls : 50%
- Entering orders into the company's enterprise resource planning system : 25%
- Obtaining order-related information (freight info, availability, order status, ect.) : 25%
- Completion of inter-departmental processes (label requests, EPA sub-registration requests, ect : 5-10%
- Suggesting products to customers as alternatives / upselling : 5-10%
- Answering non-technical customer questions about products : 5-10%
- Provide back up coverage for Receptionists
- Moving physical files to storage
- Mailing physical invoices
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
