Overview
Join a dynamic and fast-paced team as a Configuration Manager (CM) supporting developmental and operational systems. This role requires a collaborative mindset and a willingness to engage with both customers and team members to implement and maintain configuration management processes. The successful candidate will assist in hardware and software version control, documentation, and integration efforts while leveraging industry-standard configuration management tools.
Responsibilities

Assist in implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures.

Support the use of configuration management tools (e.g., DOORS, Eclipse) to store, track, and manage configuration items.

Understand fundamental configuration management concepts and assist in documenting hardware and software CM processes and procedures.

Contribute to maintaining and developing environments for hardware and software product build, staging, testing, and integration.

Assist in defining and implementing hardware and software configuration management processes, including creating product build scripts and integrating them with the build process.
Requirements

Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph required at the time of application.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited institution.

Four (4) years of additional configuration management (CM) experience may be substituted for a degree.

Experience:

Minimum of six (6) years of configuration management (CM) experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Technical Skills

Experience using DOORS for requirements management and configuration tracking.

Proficiency with Eclipse and other configuration management tools.
