- Custom Development Skills: Ability to build custom blocks, extend existing ones, and write plugins from scratch
- Performance Optimization: Experience analyzing and resolving performance issues, especially those tied to Google’s Core Web Vitals
- Front-End Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (React and jQuery), PHP, HTML, and Sass
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Git version control (Gitflow branching), command-line tools, and build processes (Gulp/Webpack)
- WooCommerce Ecosystem: Knowledge of WooCommerce and its ecosystem
- Collaboration: Experience documenting work and ensuring projects are ready for team collaboration
